They were knowledgeable and provided all the information we needed. The warm and friendly greeting upon arrival set the tone for an excellent stay. The spacious and well-appointed room had all the usual fittings, including a comfortable bed and a well-stocked minibar. The location was also very convenient, with ample shopping and dining options just a short walk away.

As the room was located next to a main road, there was some noise from passing traffic, but it didn't detract too much from our overall experience. the signage outside the hotel wasn't illuminated, which made it a bit difficult to find on our return in the evening.

During our stay, we were pleased to discover that our lodgings were conveniently located close to everything necessary for our trip. We appreciated being near the hospital, which we had to visit several times. The city centre and Main Street were also just a stone's throw away. Our room was meticulously cleaned each day, and the bathroom was spotless with great shower pressure. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were always eager to help. the reclining chairs in the room were a delight during our downtime.

One aspect of the hotel that was not ideal was the tight parking area.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and furnished nicely. The parking lot was ample with plenty of space for us to park our car comfortably. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, letting us check in/out at flexible times. The hotel was located close to good restaurants and the town centre, which was very convenient.

Great reception and staff service. Good housekeeping, including a cleaner swimming pool, a renovated bathroom, and nice colours in the room. Convenient proximity to RSL and Thai restaurants. The private courtyard was a nice touch.

The noise of the traffic, "races," and "burnouts" on the main road disrupted my sleep. The bathroom sink was a bit small in the executive twin room, and the benchtop space in the room was not enough.
